Restocking Fees: The restocking fee is 15% of the total purchase price of all returned items. All the refuse packages, health supplement products, all case-lot priced items and assembly required items are subjects to 15% re-stocking fee. When PrimaryShopping receives and examines the returned merchandise, we will credit the full price of the items and any taxes, excluding original and return shipping costs (if paid by us), to your credit card. Your credit will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned merchandise. You can expect the credit to show up on your next monthly credit card statement. RMA Procedure: If you need to return your purchase for any reason, here's the most efficient return procedure: Notify our Customer Service Department that you want to return your merchandise. Send an email to primaryshopping@hotmail.com. Our Customer Service Representative will process your request and provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) that must be written on the return shipping label. The return authorization number helps us quickly identify your merchandise and process your refund faster. Prepare a shipping label, using the Primary Shopping address shown on the packing list that came with your merchandise. Repackage the merchandise, using the original carton, if possible. Include a copy of the packing list, if possible. Seal the package securely and apply the shipping label. Ship the package to the Primary Shopping address shown on the packing list. When returning a purchase for a refund or an exchange, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping charges.
